Polaroid Week 2011

Polaroid week finished up a few weeks ago but I wanted to discuss my personal little project that took place during the 5 day stint. My goal was to overcome my greatest fear: taking photos of complete strangers. And while I could have tried to do it in a leisurely way by running up and taking their picture like a ninja. I wanted to get personal... very personal. I walked up to each one and asked them if I could take their photo. A few said no but overall most said yes, were very friendly and wanted to know more about the project. Either way, here is one of the days 4 images.
