Auto parts stores, they really have it all

As I may or may not have mentioned in my previous posting, the Kodak Brownie No.2 was in perfect working order, aside from the red screen on the back that showed you what frame you were on. Well while I was out and about with some friends today I found the perfect cheap fix.

Red taillight repair tape.

It only cost me $2, and came in a roll with much more than I would ever need. So I just cut off a square the size of the hole, then another with about .5cm on each side and stuck them to each other then to the camera. It looks like it came that way.

I also was able to throw a roll of black and white film in there, so I'll get to see how all the photo's come out the next time I am able to do some more shooting.

One final peice of trivia, thanks to www.brownie-cameras.com I was able to find out that my model started production in Feb. of 1914. Meaning that come next month, my camera will be a whopping 96 years old! Pretty crazy to think about.
