Polaroid Automatic 103

I feel like every other post on here is me getting a new camera. I really don't know how or why this works as it does. I was fine with my digital rebel for years. Then I decided to get the AE-1 that I love, and the next thing you know I have 9 camera's sitting on my shelf next to me with a new one on its way to my house right now!

Either way, this one was a gift from Jordan at Advance Camera. I'd like to thank them again and recommend their store for anything you might need or questions you have.

Either way, some background on the camera (thanks to camerapedia.org for this). This particular model was one of the first 100 consumer series land camera's to be made. And although I do not know the exact production date, it is listed as being produced between 1965 and 1967. Making it up to 45 years old.

The other neat thing about the 100 series camera's, is that they are able to take the now in production Fuji FP-100C. Allowing you to use your camera still. Film is also much cheaper than the Polaroid alternative. I was able to pick up a pack shortly after I got the camera for $15. Although I have seen it other places as low as $10. Unfortunatly I haven't had a chance to shoot anything with it yet as there is no battery and I need to run out and grab out tomorrow. But I look forward to posting photo's from it.
